All incoming stock is subjected to detailed reviews, inspections, and tests to assure the best possible performance. We use tough quality control systems in our own lab based on demanding military specifications (MIL-Q-9858A). We are also equipped to conduct additional tests to meet your special requirements.

From our fully stocked plant in Massachusetts, we provide fast delivery anywhere in the country. Our location is convenient to truck, rail and air shippers; UPS picks up daily.
Most orders are shipped on the same day they are received. We maintain special automation equipment to accelerate assembling orders. Many items are pre-packaged in standard quantities after they clear quality control, ready to ship.
For emergencies, you may call us 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Our night, Sunday and holiday operator knows how to locate key personnel, when necessary, to come in to the warehouse, pack your order and get it off by air any time of the day or night.
